Imagine there is a good amount of whale poop mixed in. Probably walrus and sea lions too.
In a lot of places in the world, there is a lot of people poop.
Going diving in the Philippines next month and more worried about that than the whole coronavirus thing. I know a guy who went diving over there and ran into a cloud of raw sewage while coming up. He got miserably sick after that.
