Surprised how calm the videographer is.  I guess by the time dude realized it was going to hit him, he also realized there was no point to trying to run a away and best to duck and hope for the best.

Hopefully, he made it out.

There was one in Bear Creek (about 1/4 mile from the falls) near Telluride that took out trees at least 100-200' vertical on the opposing slope. 

He made it out and so did the rest of the people he was with, but if they had hiked a little more they would all be dead. You can see the trail they were supposed to take in the video that gets covered in snow and boulders. 

But the 9 people in Italy weren't as lucky when the glacier let go a few weeks ago. Summer hiking under glaciers is going to be risky in the coming years.
