Yosemite. We've got 4 different families going. Valley camping with 7 kids under 6 and our dog.
Basically I'll be watching my kids climb on rocks and walking the dog a bunch. My kids max out at about a 5 mile round trip hike.
You're only allowed 7 nights in the valley per year, per name. We're about maxed out with both our names. We have to piggyback on friends reservations if we want to stay this summer. More than likely we'll avoid the valley in summer and camp up by Tuolumne Meadows.

Yep, one family is even bringing Grandma = built in babysitter for an evening. Also I'm pretty sure our dog is part Border Collie. She herds the kids if they're running around and she'll alert you if a kid is trying to sneak off while everybody's chilling.
I was thinking the older one was jaded being a city kid myself, but I fucking loved camping.
My daughter, however, is maxed out at like 1/4 a mile on our hikes and then I'm carrying her the rest of the way. It's taken me a while to even get to .25.
She loves nature though which is awesome. I'm pretty pumped for our first real camping trip coming up.
