I tried to go to the Casino in Monte Carlo in Monaco, but I was wearing sandals and they wouldn't let me in. My friend was wearing enclosed shoes and they let her in, so she came out and we switched shoes. It was an interesting place, but the gambling was confusing, so I didn't. We did have a very nice sunny time on the Riviera (1986).
He's talking about the new live venue at the Monte Carlo hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
Can you imagine how many complaint threads there would be if dude went to Monaco? Between the drive to the airport, airport security, the restaurants and bathrooms at the airport and the flight itself, we would get a good dozen "threads" for sure.
I wasn't very interested in the casino in Monte Carlo but the oceanography museum on the other side of the harbor up above is great. It was directed by Jacques Cousteau who was a childhood hero of mine. I recommend the oceanography museum to anyone visiting Monaco.
The LV Monte Carlo had a brewpub around 1997-98 that had pretty decent Beers. It only lasted a few years. "Holy Cow" which was LV's first brewpub also folded around then.
Can you imagine how many complaint threads there would be .... blah blah blah <<<<
Perhaps it is a "double standard" of sorts, but I fully expect zero water fountains, high priced drinks / food, up-selling the shit out of access, etc. ... it is certainly the Vegas / U.S. "way". There is very little in the way of PR that runs contrary to said perceptions, nor a long history of communal engagement to the contrary.
Still interested to hear about the venue itself ... sound quality, sight lines, how tight are the seats, how packed does GA get, security, etc.?

You might have more luck
You might have more luck asking the kids at PT. There are 30,000 more of them and they still go do stuff.
