Good shots of Dave Brown on bass with Carlos.

I got to jam with him once a few years later in the Mission  district.

Gram Parson's cutoff shirt looks goofy.

Airplane footage from the film- Grace was a GODDESS.

There were a lot of people stoned out of their GOURDS that day.

Sam Cutler in his book went into a whole conspiracy about a lot of bad stuff being distributed there and zero police presence. He suggested it was a set up to discredit the hippie movement. Also Rosie McGee in her book talks about taking a drink off an OJ jug from someone out in the audience and having a really bad trip. She got out on the Deads helicopter before it got really bad.

The Bob Matthews paisley grillcloths, prior to Rosie or Courtenay's touches

Rare footage of Marcus Malone before he was sent to prison. That guy just thumped.

Jorma sporting the inafmous Navajo pawn silver and gold Gibson hardware, Grace in blue velvet

Keef having a great time sidestage watching the Burritos

Sneaky Pete playing it cool and calm

Neil just punishing that big honking white Gretsch; more gold hardware

It was the best day I had in December 1969
