Almost Bought Me A Donut...

Forums:

Great price, acceptable section at MSG tonight.  60 ducats for a behind-stage seat in 'Madison Club' on Cahortrade site.  A.Miller I think is seller.

When at the opening nites,  I visited section 218 for a while.  The ticket in 'Madison Club' would be a bit closer, same angle.  I've no idea if they give you free Booze in there like a corporate box.

Grab it if you want it.

While I think 60 bucks is a great deal for that location in MSG,  I'm just too lazy for it all.  A lot of work.

Over three hours of train travel for a 3 hour tour, a 3 hour tour.  And what if they play / don't play "David Bowie" tonite ??  Maybe that one's done...  I think  so.

But since last night was a rather Weak effort,  tonite should be Glazin'.  But I'm going to patch the roof,  paint the ante-room,  breed the Geese, and run the mower a while.  Afterward I'll bring Hüsky to Dog-Park,  when the Sun is setting.

Agreed, last night was an off night...not a bad second set...walk away obviously rocked out to finish a lackluster first set...tonites the nite....

Never miss a Wednesday Hole, after a Tuesday Maple Donut w drizzles ....show....unfortunatly, im out..its couch tour tonite for me...( unless a dog sled road by, w tix, for free, and round trip tokens )...yup, couch it is....next best thing to being there, kinda sorta

#Huskipede.

I'd absolutely grab that ticket if I was not committed to Farm Work and lazy Dog care.  60 bucks for the available ticket before the Kwazy sold-out Weekend.

The ones I attended were so cushy and simple that I'm spoiled now.  But that's all in the past.

If someone sends a Chopper and ADA vest for Hüsky,  I'll attend a Weekend show.  Dog would like MSG;  never been.  I'll bring extra 'Village Voice'  for when he goes poopies.

I had a miracle for Sunday. It was also the 30th anniversary of Alex's mom being hit and killed by a drunk driver

So i stayed home

Anyway, saturnday was the show for me

As far as you tho, DS, be like Gitmo:

#gototheshow

 Also, tonight is

HOLES

Jambone, why are you so disliked on .net?

Take him to the mat, Jbone.

I checked it out cause you post about it all the time Slacker. Just don't get all the hate, isn't this suppose to be about love? I would never join that place

Jill,

I would find a way to get to NYC if motivated,  but I am

A)  Lazy
B)  Entertaining the Dog
C)  Shirking Farm chores

Whatever little piddling internet streams have been sufficient to keep track of the Whacky Donut Themes,

While  keeping an eye on the Doggy.  He went to the Beach  Monday.  Fraidy-Dawg  was terrified of the  Waves.  The Labradors  all mocked H.I.M.
They were not afraid to Swim.

You brought up the dislike.

This place is love. Get some onya.

.net just can't stop

So Slacker,

Are you and 309 and chacho the same 'bipolar'  lady and/or gentleman ?

They used to call it 'manic-depressive'  but every year the shrinks have a Conference in some tropical resort,  and make up new terms.
Heck,  I don't know the newer name for 'Multiple Personality Disorder' these days.  Probably something more gender-fluid,  with more expensive prescriptions.

Are you all really Nick from the coroner's office ?  He always liked to converse w/ himself.  Heellllooooo Nick.

But this is really just a basic Cheap Ticket Alert (CTA).  That one's probably gone by now.  I totally would've grabbed it if I was not Cheap & Lazy.  Section is behind Stage,  with  a better sight-line and distance compared to most 200 - levels.  You can really see all the Musicians quite well from there.

Almost bought me a donut
Happened just the other day
I was gettin' kinda hungry
Coulda said I had the munchies

But I didn't, and I wonder why
Feel like lettin' my blood sugar lie
I feel like I owe it to Fishman

If you donut show up,

You donut get in.

Donut Ease Me In

Must be because I heard the grooves of Fishman
And it brought me to my car
Drew me closer to Anastasio
And that sweet Languedoc guitar
Now I've got to see Gordon -  and his trusty buddy Page
I'm gonna hit the Garden, gonna try to get backstage
I feel oh, like I owe it, to Fishman

P.s.

I sat back there last night..

No free booze, but nice cushy seats

With a lovely little granite counter to place a nice cold beer.

Sound was primo back there.

Roomy and cool.

Glad you had a nice evening RRG

Thanks for the info RRG.  Was in some corporate glass box ages ago for GD show, some Insurance company maybe.  Forget  how I wandered in,  but there's been a couple remodels since.  It's safe to say that things were a bit looser at MSG 30 or 40 years back.

I like to walk around the 'concourse'  at some point in whichever venue,  so strolled by sec. 218 and hung out a while.  The view and sound were as good or better compared to my actual seat.  'Madison Club' ticket I saw was just in front of that section;  don't know what it's quite all about  (corporate box or season ticket holder ?).

Anyway,  have a Blast at whichever remaining Donuts.  Doubtful I will run into you;  tonite might be the last inexpensive / face ticket for the Run.

I bought me a donut,

The donut pleased me.

I ate my donut under yonder tree.
