Forums:

Just bought their cd from iTunes , $5 , after one listen I liked it . Might see them when they come back thru nyc. Safe to assume they cover the originals live? Worth seeing?

Really like what I've heard so far from these fellas.

Funny, someone asked me about that band and who was in it the other day. Prompted me to take a listen to the new album and agreed Elvis Bruce, on first listen it was enjoyable.

I saw them at The Beacon the other night. Very Enjoyable! They opened with several solid originals. Then they turned to the Allman Brothers' catalogue, and it's clear that the Spirits of Dickey, Gregg & Berry Oakley are alive & well in the DNA of Duane Betts, Devon Allman & Berry Oakley and the music exudes from their Souls. It's a beautiful thing to see  The fun didn't begin or end with homage to the wonderful Allman Brothers repertoire. They brought out a stage full of luminaries, sometimes individually and sometimes all at once. Robert Randolph, Eric Krasno, Robin Zander of Cheap Trick (!!) and many more. John Ginty holds down the Hammond B3 duties brilliantly.

This band has a bright future! See them if you can...
