I agreed to arrange a ride for one Distinguished Zoner Lady on DNB East tour back when.
What happened is that I actually showed up, and took Her to the destination.
The Prank aspect is that my Chevy Truck was too tall for the attached parking garage. So I drove in there anyway, as it would have been impolite for any other strategy.
I scraped a few millimeters of Paint off the truck roof on the concrete beams, but we all got there almost right on Time.
I wish I knew, but I came to the zone almost immediately after that little episode played out.
But based on the after-shocks it sure seemed to grab a hold on the good ol' zone.
Didn't someone actually go to Colorado to meet "her"?
My recollection is that was Jughead, which would fit the overall impression I got from him over the years, but I don't know because all I heard about any of it was after the fact.
One way or the other, it sure sounded like like someone PLAYED the Philzone for a good long time with that one.
