The combination of more flights, social media, rising fees and diminishing personal space has sparked a renaissance of air-passenger outrage. 

Now he's strict? Thought he was all for dropping regulations?  I'd love to see what he's claiming to have done. There hasn't been a fatal commercial airline crash in the US since 2009 btw.
