I loved this lineup.  My first AAB show was this lineup  at the Spectrum 8/29/79 with the Henry Paul Band opening.  They came ready to play and was one of the only Spectrum show where they blew past curfew, SEPTA-the train had stopped running to the suburbs and 5 of use squeezed into a cab.  Dangerous Dan Toler was so great--bpy could play and the "Rook" on base.  79 and 80 has some solid, energized shows even if the set lists didn't vary the much. That 8/29/79 was recorded for the King Biscuit Flower Hour--used to have a Maxell of the entire show--it was long gone but maybe one day, the King Biscuit archives will release it

We really enjoyed 5/17/79 Oakland.  Reserved seats, so when we thought they were going to break for the encore, we tried to get up front.  Not done yet, so we grabbed seats on the floor.  When they did break, we made it right to the foot of the stage for the loooong multi-song encore.  Fun times!

Good stuff. Thank you for posting.

Have to give this a play this afternoon, thanks!

You will enjoy it, RRG. Just stay home and listen while the poor folks deliver your groceries.

I buy my own groceries,

And I am an essential worker.

But I'm off today,

and I shall enjoy some fantastic music

while tending to my Garden on this beautiful day.

Rock on and Stay Safe 6.

I also buy my own groceries and everything else I need.

I cannot morally or ethically ask someone else to risk their life to do something I can do for myself.

Good for you on that too!

Totes 6..

Hope You and Your family are well.

Next time I ask myself "What does Jaimoe do in the ABB, again?"

I'll just go listen to Frank toler playing pots and pans as a reminder

great stuff thx james

I would never trust someone buying my groceries in these times. You don't know who touched it and if they're infected. Do it myself and decontaminate it myself.

Remember the story of the sick bitch in Pennsy who coughed on all the vegetables and meat and the store had to throw away $35,000 worth of food! CRAZY ASS BITCH!!!

I am not going into buildings with other people in them. I submit a specific list online and my groceries are picked for me by workers in the few smallish grocery stores I trust to shop at, and then delivered to my car in the parking lot. No contact between the people and me. It's a good system and it's working for me.
