I'm on the fence on these... first because I already have the compilation CD when it was released on the Dead's label in the 90's... and second is all the cut/incomplete tunes makes me wonder if it will be worth it.

Did you get the Fillmore '71 discs? Sound quality is good but not great, but the performances are really good.

The Fillmore West 01/71? Yeah have those and I hear what you're saying re Bears but I figure it's a chance to hear them a bit rawer , I first saw them 12/69 at F East opening for BS&T after Kooper had left. They made what I thought was going to be a disappointment into a gem
