My class was visiting Temple
My class was visiting Temple Emmanuel and the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in NYC that day.
The temple visit was ordinary, but lots of folks coming in crying and praying at the Catholic cathedral. We wondered what was up.
Teachers didn't tell us til we got back to school, allowing us to drive the bus driver crazy singing Do Wah Ditty Ditty over and over and over again on the ride home.
I'm with Klondike. Sam and his boys were pissed about Cuba, among other things. They liked their casinos there.
