I suppose Tyson can claim 'self defense' but if belligerent drunk wants to sue him for pain and suffering after being assaulted, I think he'd get a nice payday. And Tyson could have been arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon - or maybe that's no longer a thing if he's not currently a boxer?
