Sure, trying to steal signs
Sure, trying to steal signs by having a player on second base watching the catcher has long been a part of the game. Having your video crew watching from centerfield cameras and relaying that info to a coach on their smart watch has not. It's taking advantage of technology to gain an unfair competitive advantage. It is cheating, and the commissioner should deliver a swift and strong penalty to ensure that this type of behavior does not persist.
The Orioles just went into Fenway and swept the Faux Sox anyway, but the Boston Bunkos still need to be sanctioned.

The trainer then relayed a message to other players in the dugout, who, in turn, would signal teammates on the field about the type of pitch that was about to be thrown.

In 1997, teams accused the Mets of planting small cameras near home plate in Shea Stadium to steal signals. The Mets denied that they had used the cameras to try to do so, and the league did not take any action.
