Thing is, you could probably poke around at most major campus’ over the last 20 years and find this stuff. Not saying that it’s right and not saying that Pitino isn’t guilty (again and again) but when you have a system where some people are making a TON of money and some very important people (the players) are making NO money, shenanigans are going to happen. I think capitalism kind of forces that hand.
It’s going to be interesting to see how this falls out, considering the FBI is now on the case.

Just like any sports scandal.....big news today.....page four tomorrow and then poof gone forever.
Joe Paterno's statue stands tall and proud once again in Penn football land like nothing ever happened. Sanctions and suspensions lifted. Sanduskys son goes to jail last week for molestation.......no big deal only dozens of kids got raped and dozens knew about it, that football program should have been shut down for 50 fuckin years and MABEY looked into opening up then.
