Help with understanding lyrical content of Sugar Mag

My friend and I R having a debate about the meaning of "head's all empty" in Sugar Magnolia.

I've always taken it to mean she's none too bright.

What it means is  ::

:"Head's all Empty,  and I don't Care".

I'm not high but it's cool

 

"Head's all empty" = bathroom is unoccupied.

Sugar Magnolia seems to b a luv song extolling the virtues of Mz Magnolia.

"She's a summer love in the spring, fall and winter
She can make happy any man alive."

if we accept that "heads all empty" means that Sugar Mag is "none too bright," does that mean that the singer wants the luv of his life 2 B a dumb broad?

Does this imply sexism?

Apparently, the tune is about Weir's girlfriend at the time, Frankie.  The bit about the jumping Willys is kind of neat.
