I hope you got some laughs and a break from all the shit of real life.

Fuck cancer! Fuck heroin!

I use comedy films to do just the same, that is, distract my brain.  any of the austin powers, any edgar wright joint such as Hot Fuzz.    Role Models is giggly. The movie Paul is light and funny.Harold and Kumar 1 or 2, Scott Pilgrim vs. The world,  Blazing Saddles is classic.  Semi-Pro is good. Or The Other Guys or Talladega Nights if you like Farrell. Joe Dirt .  The tv show Broad City cracks me up.  Ali G in da House;Super Troopers or Beerfest from broken Lizard.Anyway man, light comedies and movies have got me through lots of stuff and its a good way to slip away for a bit.  Hang tough. moment by moment, try to laugh and keep it simple.

Hang in there, Jambone.

Bill Hicks, "Relentlfess", 1992 MTV special.  About an hour that should lighten your mood.

And for something a little more current, Doug Stanhope, "No Place Like Home", 2016:

Hang tough,  Brocephus.

I know exactly how to Cheer your young grumpy self right up.  Get down here tomorrow on the Train and you can help me work on the Brakes.

We have to take the bed off first.  (2007 Chevrolet 2500 HD).  Bring an 18  mm impact socket,  4-ft Breaker bar,  maybe a torch.

I already broke my standard 18 mm Craftsman socket.  So the Heavy-Duty shit is required.

After a few hours of futile Farm labour,  all other problems will seem like Rainbow Cotton Candy.

Consider your train fare covered if we can loosen the eight bolts holding the bed to the frame.

Hamilton Station on NJT NE Corridor line.  Let me know what time of the morning you are showing up,  and I'll meet you there.

First Cheese Steak is on me,  seeriously.

Mr.  Slacker,

I did look at the 'chevytalk' thread which you posted.

It was totally useless.  Your parents would be prouder of your adaptation toward t\he Technological World  if you posted relevant links.

But,  thanks anyway.
