Phil - Halloween at the Cap?

Hey Now,
Does anyone know if Phil is playing the Cap this Halloween? On the Cap's website for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, October 26-28th, it lists a private event for all 3 nights. It's probably a private event, but it could it be a placeholder of sorts?
Anyone know?

We heard the same thing Jelly Roll said, ie, no Phil 'till next Spring B-Day Run, & some EDM thing on/around Halloween.
But if other rumors we heard are true, ie, from now on it's only TFB, or elements of TFB, & it's for the same tix prices, I'd have a hard time convincing myself to ever see him . . .
