Nice, Highnote!

I see the mornin' sun

LOS doing Supertramp?! Wow...

LOS really brought it!

That was fun!

Can anyone tell me if Andy was back on stage with RRE? He adds so much to the band, I just don't think the keyboards are part of the RRE sound.

Andy Goesling? Yes.

Right on, that is the answer I wanted to hear. Thanks a lot.  Team Andy

Folks next to us started an Andy chant. It was well received.

Hopefully this was captured somewhere. The Zone's Skevap from Auburn went out for this one. Sure he'll want a copy.

I missed it. Went to NMAS with Anders with Lukas Nelson and POTR opening at a local venue. Saw a few Zoners there, too.

Damn, gotta love this availability of the shows. Thanks to all involved.

RRE had a camera person on stage that was separate from the video screen cams. I'm sure something will surface. All in all it was a great night of music. Super relaxed in our section. No talkers during the music. Room to move. Cool breeze. Colorado. Summertime.

Last night, musically, was pretty special. Everyone brought their A game.

I hate to say it, but the Rocks had a large number of assholes and bitches on them last night. We had a few encounters with beyond rude folks.

Sitting on our balcony at the Harvest House catching up on internet shit. Great weather this weekend out here along the front range.

Railroad Earth again in 4 hours at the Boulder Theater...

Sorry to hear that Rick. Weren't you in the vip section?

Todd Sheaffer from RRE is playing the Grey Horse Tavern here in Bayport, NY - Tuesday 7/18 for an intimate solo acoustic show.

prepare for positivity here:

Keller Williams blows.  Has he changed his "act" or something?

Yeah, he had the Keels. Larry Keel rips.

From I heard of RRE is that they sounded like String Cheese Incident with a guitar; proving that a legitimate 6 string instrument is not the answer there.

They sound nothing like SCI.

I don't understand the cheese haters. We are lucky to have such a positive music scene in Colorado.

They make a lot of people happy. Myself included. I'll be at Red Rocks next weekend.

I can bitch. But if they played ay my local theater 5 nights in a row, I would buy tickets to all nights in a heart beat.

As good as Friday's Red Rocks show was, Saturday's Boulder Theater show blew it away. Great crowd, set list, and general good vibes in and out.

I enjoyed my return to RR. Fact of the matter is when you get lots of people together in one place you're going to have a few assholes in the mix. The "lady" that pissed me off most Friday was from Berkeley, CA. I want to clarify that my experience with her in no way reflects poorly on Colorado and anyone who lives there.

I've been toying with the idea of moving back to CO in a few years, but we've decided not to. Instead, we'll rent places for a month at a time when we want to be there for an extended period. Real estate is super expensive. Our house in the SE would be close to a mil in the front range area. If/when we sell down the road we'll get a little more than a third of that. The last thing I'll want when we retire is to tie a load of cash up in a piece of property. That's why we never got a place at the beach...it's way cheaper to rent for a week or two and walk away. That will be our approach out West.

RRE fucking smokes. This was probably the 10-11th time seeing them. They didn't start to click with me until Strings and Sol 2016. After this past weekend I have to rank them as my favorite band out there right now.

So I guess I will buy tickets to NYE in Denver when they go on sale tomorrow and start planning that trip if I can score tix...

>>>>>Saturday's Boulder Theater show blew it away

Some Hobo told me it smoked, "the best he's seen"

>>>>>They didn't start to click with me until Strings and Sol 2016

Kinda the same for me, no complaints about their S&S performance

Voodoo...I'll Dropbox the boards to fafa in the next couple of days. Then you'll hear for yourself.

We're skipping Strings this year. I'm glad we hit this in lieu of.

RR & Boulder are already both on Archive.

As you know, they're playing Targhee, Rick. Still time to hear 'em again.  Hint hint,,,

And as you know, we'd love to be there. Unfortunately, my wife switched hospitals on June 1 and has yet to accumulate any substantial time off. That's why we flew to Denver Thursday night and returned to Atlanta on Sunday. She only took one day off. It's ask the main reason we are skipping Strings and Sol this year.

Work fucks fun up every time...

Thanks SW for the the photos and glad rick your second night turned out better.
