They must nearly sell out the allotments now, on subscription alone.
I wouldn't be surprised if there's no on-sale at all for these by next year.

Hooper, the subscription is generally available for a week or two before they stop accepting. It's around the start of xmas shopping season, they send a regular e-mail to announce it's up.
