I just can't believe people haven't adapted to the surveillance world we live in. I drive back to pick up my dogs poop on the rare occasion I forget to bring bags because I assume I'm always being filmed in my very suburban neighborhood never mind the streets of NYC

Firing seems a little much, but fined and community service picking up highway trash for a month seems like a better response to the above.
