LOL I think I saw that guy outside the dive bar across the street. The bar that still had dive bar pricing and didn't take advantage of all the dead heads. It was a nice oasis from the cold.
Dude on the right cleaned up / fixed up a bunch of the hot springs in Northern CA --- Big Sur, Crabtree, Stinson Beach, Buckeye, etc....
That round thing is a big dazer (a disc covered in metalic holographic foil) that spins and makes psychedelic rainbow patterns (when flat on the ground). It's super colorful, so a strange choice for a B&W photo.
