One of if not the best thing we ever did in Hawaii(other than going to the DNB shows of course).
Took awhile for the Manta Rays to show up and it was getting cold. I actually thought we got ripped off until they finally showed up and oh boy what a show. They swam within inches of us. We were told it was very bad for them if we touched them, but it was tempting. Absolutely beautiful creatures. They feed on plankton, and the bright lights along the "ladder" attract plankton and they know it.
If ya ever get the chance, don't pass it up.
