I remember growing up and seeing all the hand wringing about the Moonies and people kidnaping their kids and having them deprogrammed only to end up with this. I feel like I'm a fairly perceptive person but I did not see this coming.

That's what they said about 2016. Be very, very worried. I am. Elections in this country are not won by the majority. But are determined by a few states where people with intelligence are 50/50 at best. I always knew that there were the right wing, bible toting white supremacist racist people in America, I just didn't know how many. I truly hope that good will overcome evil, and intelligence will prevail over insanity. But I am not optimistic at all.
