Interestingly enough, Portland's awesome Garcia Birthday Band (also at Skull & Roses) just announced they are teaming up with our Talking Heads cover band LDW to form "Talking Dead" -- and they are high up in the lineup at Gem & Jam -- that should be pretty fun and complementary to SCI sets.
Leftover Salmon at Steamboat is what I'm dreaming on!
The Wondergrass crew puts on great events, I've been to several of the Tahoe fests, all very professional and no hassles. Would love to make the intimate Baja thing work, but it's mid-week!
I hope these start gaining more traction. They had something similar in the panhandle of Florida recently where Eric Church played at a big beach resort for two nights and there may of been 3-5 thousands seats available. They seem to be reconverting part of the golf course to build the stage and a nice open sand area for seating about two blocks from the beach. Tickets were cheap and did not seem to be selling fast. Tried to talk the wife into going since she likes country music and Eric Church but the 9 hour drive was not in the cards for her.

Thanks for posting.
Thanks for posting.
I haven't seen an indoor show since the Before Times, so other than Gem & Jam in Tucson ... these are the only two I'm aware at present.
