if it's all about football like bill says; I agree, they should most definitely stay put. Chip Kelly couldn't make them a better team. Increasing travel distances and costs definitely won't make them a better team.

Already in one of the weakest FBS conferences, the bruins still haven't won a conference game on the road in close to two decades

It is probably a done deal for USC as they are a private school, but as UCLA is a public school and part of the University of California system, their move is subjected to approval from the UC Board Of Regents.  They are considering the impact of UCLA's exiting the PAC-12 on the University of California at Berkeley, as well as te impact on UCLA and it's student-athletes.
