It is probably a done deal for USC as they are a private school, but as UCLA is a public school and part of the University of California system, their move is subjected to approval from the UC Board Of Regents. They are considering the impact of UCLA's exiting the PAC-12 on the University of California at Berkeley, as well as te impact on UCLA and it's student-athletes.
