Iraq’s parliament has passed a law that makes it a crime to normalise ties with Israel, and violations of the law can be punishable with a death sentence or life imprisonment.

Grew up as a huge supporter
Grew up as a huge supporter of Israel. Mila 18 and Exodus where two of my favorite novels. Also grew as an Ex-pat in Germany so was brought to Dachau on field trips several time before I was 12.
These days I pretty much view the whole conflict as taking sides in a mob war.
