Back when I sold advertising
Back when I sold advertising I was trying to get some of the recruitment budget the Border Patrol spends to get people to join. I found their ad agency and the guy told me his hands were tied because the Border Patrol spent 100% of their recruitment budget sponsoring the Professional Bull Riding Tour.
