My thinking about the water is much more refined than the drip theorists's ideas. It's a given that we're talking about a circulatory system where our water becomes theirs, and their water ours, but rather than simply dripping through, I envision a French press plunger method that results in a richer, smoother, and more flavorful kind of water than we're accustomed to on this side.
