For tacos - grilled or steamed tortillas?

I go steamed - grilled cool off too fast and tend to get tough.

>>>grilled or steamed tortillas?

We made tortillas from fresh masa on Friday and cooked them on a griddle on the stove top.   They were great warm and fresh for tacos.   But used some left over tortillas today, and they were as stiff as a board.

All Halibut are wild. If you're eating Halibut, it was definitely caught.

When you get a big enough halibut, you can get a good sized cheek.  Delicious.

I've never caught a taco before

One of these days I am coming to every poster in this thread for a meal pitstop of a fish taco and a beer on me.

;)

Cool thread and I'm hungy.
