Looks like T. Rump to me. Good way to celebrate Donnie's departure.

Name it Trump

ok that will handle your son and friend's portions, what will the rest of you be eating?

Naming it trump will make it taste like shit and leave a disappointing aftertaste.  However, you might get to experience what a lie tastes like going into the mouth as opposed to out.  But you will need to add mirrors to the cooking process because smoke cannot act alone.

Hiw about Mitch McConnell, the Deathrow Pig?

Is that too dastardly dark this early in the morn?

Can you tell I've been reading the news? ;)

Love cooking traditions and glad to hear you're back on action, Tim.

Happy 2021

Must have come out Great.  No updates means everyone's in Roast Hog - induced Food coma like the Wildebeest.

Happy New Year Flashbacks & Family.

I put Sissy on at 815 this am. Short shower this am, now the sun is out. 3 hours in a 6 hour roast. Clams and Oysters are being eaten as fast as I can cook them.

Coleslaw, black beans and rice, salad and green beans are all ready now

Glad to hear you're getting your appetite back.  That's a good sign.

Nice long Marinade is excellent strategy.  Bet it turns out Delicious.
