nice

Sure as hell better than nothing.

Looking at that other thread with a bit of video from the berm outside the venue makes me wish I could be at some of these.

You can be brother

pretty safe and not too weird

some folks you might recognize

the music you will recognize, and it matters to you, a hell of a lot

And yes the drive is long and the set is short

I actually enjoy the drive, especially in these less-trafficy days, and I understand & don't mind the length of the sets.

No drummer hurts it for me personally, and the cost & access to tix is prohibitive.

My plan right now is to live long enough to see things get back to a semblance of normal.

Although even after vaccines and whatnot, at least right now it's hard to imagine being back in the Grate Room crush.

But even if it doesn't work for me personally, I'll sure be happy when that special place is back up & running.

it will work for you, you ninny (you will pull your brim down,  and have a sly smile in that room - I give you my personal guarantee  ?)

optomisim matters, as well as love

and being on the outside looking in is not that bad - "Free",

and go when there is a drummer (and maybe even a good vocalist - not hard to be way better than Donna tbh)

She left the band 41 years ago and you're still complaining about Donna?

And you call me a ninny?

Nice thoughts though. You're right, optimism is a good thing.

BTW, being outside looking in for "free" may not be bad, but it usually messes up the machinery, and those looking in for free are not the ones who have to fix the mess.

GO TO THE SHOW! (If you have a ticket, otherwise stay home)

Hopefully I'll have one soon.

$120 for this?

Only $112.50.  A bargain...  Ans only live dead happening.  Go get some sunshine and enjoy.

10 years ago, Stones tix were over $300.00, for the stones!!!

Tuesday's show was fantastic, looking forward to this afternoon's show. Totally worth it. Woz.
