Dexamethasone is a deranger. I've experienced it while sharing life/home with Greg when he was given it with chemo. He refused it with his every-8-weeks infusions for the last 3+ years of his life. Living without it made his like (and mine) so much better. Zoner Walt (Aerohead) had a rough time with it, too. We talked about it often, I can't remember if he continued it or refused. He was more compliant than Greg. There have been other close friends who experienced it; it can be very rough.
Anyone who thinks it's a breeze without consequences doesn't know.
