Starts out solo, then full band.

Good Sunday Morning to ya

Got through almost a minute of the One More Saturday Night.  Pretty terrible.  Does it get better?

Yes

Lay My Lily Down is my favorite of the Campfire album songs

GD tunes are definitely more subdued, but nice tones & textures.

Yeah, boy.

On the plus side, that was three years ago, on the same stage he collapsed on and Bob looks & sounds good, as he has continued to since then, so hats off to him for getting himself so well together after being such a mess. Even with the time & resources he has at hand, it is NOT easy to improve physical conditioning at that age.

But still. Clicking through a few of those songs, just nothing there except Bob & some good songs.

What did he call that band? It's better than the Wolf Brothers, but I would never, ever go see that group.

There's Jerry slow and there's Bobby slow. I rarely had a problem with Jerry slow.

I have no issue with any slow, it's always about the players ability to use the space.

And the listeners ability to hear it.

That's definitely a factor. Downtempo playing is all about nuances, and I don't doubt the music was compelling in the room, but watching a video on the net involves a completely different mindset, or at least it does for me.
