A nice meaty interview if you have a long lunch break or some spare time.  Lots of cool stories and current updates.

Thanks for posting.  Interesting read.

A fellow Cantonian and also the cousin to an old friend. He is a few years older than me but we used to party with the same brothers, one older and one my age. As Canton folk lore has it Joe Walsh was at a party at the home of my friend and his brother, always partied there, his mom would buy us the beer, and Walsh was so smashed he fell and fucked up his nose on the curb in front of the house.

I remember one of his younger cousins band, and they rocked, played a bunch of deep purple, good days.

He is probably the best drummer you never heard of.

Wow, pretty good insight into what it's like working with a bunch of these artist, especially Neil Young. I guess his forgiving and laid back attitude is what has kept him in the game so long along with his chops. Weird he moved back to Canton but to each there own, I'm not going back there until they put my ashes in the Nimishilllen Creek across from where I was raised and let them float to the Gulf of Mexico Fla. where I will die
