One of my son's friends is in the Air Force Reserve (nice kid) and was in the process of being transferred into the Space Force (seriously).  However, today he learned he was immediately being called up for a crash course in riot control and will then be shipped off to Los Angeles.  Apparently, he is pretty upset because he supports the protests, but I guess it would be good to have people who aren't out of control bullies looking to crack some skulls working the front lines.

By now we should know that he won't do this. He will talk about it to get the headlines, but at the end of the day he is a Bunker Bitch. Invoking the Insurrection Act would mean taking responsibility for something and if we have learned one things it's that "I take no responsibility at all" will be the defining characteristic of this administration.
