Crazy Fingers stream now (Sun 730 est)

Forums:

If you've ever spent time in S Florida in the past 30 years, you've probably run across a version of these guys:

Westies might know drummer Peter Lavezzoli from JGB and Stu Allen, Jerry Day, etc.... this is his east coast band.

Looks like not the main bass player.

Seen a fair amount of Dead cover bands over the years, but not one with a covid-masked Hasidic bass player playing sweet Phil runs, lately.

enjoying this... the band is tight and obviously has been together for a while

multi-camera shoot is very well done

really good to see an entire band playing live again (albeit with proper social distancing) in a place that doesn't look like somebody's living room or bedroom

thx for posting

Just joining you.  Is there another set coming up?

yes.. first set ended pretty good

Hello, gents.

Caught 'em once years ago at Boston's... some lovely playing here in the 2nd set.

< Boston's>

It's still a regular Sunday night gig in Del Ray, non-virus times

something extra fun seeing a Dead band at a bar on the beach...makes intermission interesting

Our guys in Tampa Bay "Uncle John's Band" play some cool venues, too. Always fun...

Unlimited Devotion has them all beat.

<Unlimited Devotion has them all beat. >

Their lead guitar player Al Zininsky actually used to be in Crazy Fingers and still plays with them occaisionally

^ rhythm guitar,

Here's a south Florida conglomeration of several bands doing a coronajam dead night  in Boca earlier in the month. The keyboard player is from Heavy Pets. Al from Unlimited, Pete from Crazy Fingers,....a young guy playing lead (Jaden?) and a Funky bass player (didn't catch his name).

South Floria gets all the shows....

I've known Al Z before he knew had to paly the guitar.  It's been a long time.

Wish they came a bit farther north. Last time I remember it was an after show after a Ratdog concert at hard rock Orlando. I think they have also done an outdoor farm party or two in the area too. Always have enjoyed them, and would put them above Uncle Johns Band, but Skippers Smoke Hose wins in the venue category
