Lot's of Israelis and Russians now days. Place was cool decades ago. They ruined lot's of places. Treat the locals with no respect.

I like Kumaon in UP. Not know for the great charas as Manali but not spoilt and touristic like there.

Kasar Devi and Jageshwar in Uttaranchal are less touristic and chilled than Himachal Pradesh.
