I am happy to see this thread.

A January death and a February birthday had already triggered my recollection of a great guy I knew since 1985 and with whom I lost touch until the mid 2000s when we ran into each other at the Waterford on one of the PLF runs at The Tower. That said, my best memories of Zerb were at the countless subsequent shows, being introduced to (in some cases, multiple times) many good people and current friends I then made through The Zone. These connections I made from him run deep and I suspect many others would echo this wonderful quality, likely driven by his attention to friendship and infectious spirit.

We were blessed.
