I believe it relates to Waters playing some MLB venues/stadiums....merely in the whole-heartedly pursuit of dollars

I stand corrected: it appears that there are no MLB stadiums on the upcoming Roger Waters tour....so it must be something to do with the increasingly blurred lines of ticket sales generated revenues going to financial interests far and beyond the artists.
