Show will be in the round. Problem with that is Waters can only face one direction at a time, so a large section of the audience will be watching his back for extended periods. That probably won't matter given the lightshow/movies/etc will undoubtedly be the focus.
When I saw Yes in the round in '91, I thought I had a prime seat until the stage started turning and I ended up watching a lot of the action from a 'behind the stage' viewpoint.
>>>>That probably won't matter given the lightshow/movies/etc will undoubtedly be the focus.
Saw the Wall (one of my least favorite Pink Floyd albums) but the visual presentation was hands down the best I have ever seen. Felt sorry for the suckers who paid $$$ to be up close and probably missed out on being able to take in the whole spectacle.
Last time he played Tacoma Dome, people were giving away tickets.
Hope he gets a better t-shirt manufacturer for this tour. With the money he charges for them, it would be nice to get a 100% cotton beefy t-shirt instead of the synthetic fabric blends they offered last tour.
