i like to think of myself as a centrist extremist, since i tend to hold views from both the libertarian side of things and the social democracy side of things and anywhere in between, but most of the ideas and policies that make the most sense to me tend to be things that are seen as far right, far left, or are just generally unpopular with most mainstream middle of the road americans from either party.
