While we're speaking of 50th anniversaries, today was it for the Beatles. Today exactly 50 years ago they were putting the finishing touches on, I Want You She's So Heavy from Abbey Road. The 4 lads from Liverpool would never appear in the studio together again.

Abbey Road was a good one and they took their studio craft to the next level.   Glad Ringo got a new, bigger kit for the sessions.
