The Core  3 hit Chicago.

Just sayin'.

And good for them. I hope it's a swingin' soiree.

Oops, my scrambling for links led to a bit of wishful thinking

Mayer played a stand up Lap Steel, not a Pedal Steel.. He played it well..

Excellent first set and the opening China Cat is hot!

We're guilty of the same ol' things

Curious minds...  who sang the Lay me Down?  Oteil?

treading on some big material but after the comes a time and world to give, assuming Oteil.

Are the login math questions getting harder :)

Weir sang TLMD

That was my concern (see: Stella Blue).

*First time played by D&C

>>>That was my concern (see: Stella Blue).

I'm a Bobby homer but his Stellas are indeed brutal. I'm probably in the minority on here with this, but I love his Wharf Rats and SOTMs though. So I'm not going to dismiss To Lay Me Down until I hear it. I figured it'd be debuted this tour but that Oteil would sing it.

I was worried about getting a Days out of Space and Knockin' encore at Deer Creek. Glad they waited until the next show.

Sikiru sat in on talking drum during drums

That TLMD is just horrendous.  It's amazing what people will put up with these days.

72ish type show

>>>That TLMD is just horrendous.  It's amazing what people will put up with these days.

In the grand scheme of things, it's a 50-year-old drug band song. On the other hand, some people support a racist, facist piece of shit president.

TLMD went well enough until JMs slide solo which totally screwed the pooch. Bob probably encouraged him to learn to play slide guitar on stage. It worked for Bob in the 80s.
