It reached number 15 on the Billboard. It is the only spoof song that peaked higher than the original. The song inspired a short film and has been covered and featured in other movies and the Simpsons.

The Magnificent Seven isn't a Japanese film...he meant the Seven Samurai. But...its a cool intro so Im ok with it.
