On a side note. I run a pool at work with a bit of a progressive style of scoring.
you are awarded the winning teams seed number as points plus the points for the round
so so if you pick a 15 over a 2 in round one you get 16 points
a 1 over a 16 in round one is only worth 2 points
it makes people really explore picking upsets, at the end usually the people that picked the top seeds start reeling in the leaders.
