What a run! $14 billion and two jail breaks later, dude is finally off to the Supermax. Not bad for a third grade dropout.
I read that during his second stint in a Mexican prison, he would have raging parties that would last days complete with hookers, caterers, and mariachi bands.
I also read that Mexico's new president, Andrés Manuel López Obrado, has just declared they would no longer go after cartel leaders as a matter of "public safety." It seems that when one cartel leader goes down, bloody wars break out to see who will take his place.
