Amperes Osborne?

Particle Duuuuuuuude!!!

Snorticle dude is what we call him! LOL

i'd go if near but find the dso-style format phil has adopted puzzling.

that will be fun.

IMG_4396.JPGHmmm

might be doable with some real musicians for once

long live the 9ers

Isn't there already a DSO?   Why not play something new....

I don’t get the DSO comparison.  Just because the setlist was played in GD history means nothing to the sounds you will hear at these shows.  Once again I wish the TXR thumb drives were still a thing, these will be excellent shows.

it’s autopilot phil. stale n boring.

16 song first set - wow!

>>>I don’t get the DSO comparison

Regurgitated setlist doesn't remind you of DSO.  They really can't just create something new with this lineup?    It would be far more interesting.

What if they just played the set list without announcing it was from a previous show?

If you didn't know, wouldn't it seem (be) original and new to you?

A set list is just a list of songs. It's what they do with them that matters.

Sure but they are celebrating these as previous shows.   What you suggest is not what they are doing.

They'll be improvising so of course they'll be creating something new.

Anders & Stu is an odd combination, but still a very good band using very good songs as vehicles to have musical conversations with one of the greatest improvisors ever, in a tiny rockin' room?

Sounds good to me.

Just a little rock 'n roll, that's all I ask.

And sometimes (almost always in the clubhouse) I get a little bit more.

See you there!
