7. May 16, 2018: Even if meaningful information were obtained, it wasn't used

Alan Futerfas, Trump Jr.'s attorney: "They pitched Mr. Trump Jr. on a social media platform or marketing strategy. He was not interested, and that was the end of it.”

9. July 16, 2018: Trump couldn't collude, because Trump didn't even know Putin

Trump: "There was no collusion. I didn't know the president. There was nobody to collude with."

10. July 30, 2018: Collusion isn't a crime, and Trump wasn't physically at the Trump Tower meeting

With Michael Cohen alleging that Trump knew about the Trump Tower meeting in real time -- despite many previous denials -- Giuliani told both CNN and Fox News that Trump wasn't physically at the meeting.

"I'm happy to tell Mueller that Trump wasn't at the Trump Tower meeting," Giuliani told CNN, adding that "Don Jr. says he wasn't there.”

He added on Fox: “He did not participate in any meeting about the Russia transaction. ... And the other people at the meeting that he claims he had without the president about it say he was never there.”

Giuliani also argued that collusion isn't even a crime.

Rudy is right on that point.  However, 52 USC § 30121 states in relevant part:

§ 30121. Contributions and donations by foreign nationals

(a) Prohibition

It shall be unlawful for-

(1) a foreign national, directly or indirectly, to make-

(A) a contribution or donation of money or other thing of value, or to make an express or implied promise to make a contribution or donation, in connection with a Federal, State, or local election;

(B) a contribution or donation to a committee of a political party; or

(C) an expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement for an electioneering communication (within the meaning of section 30104(f)(3) of this title); or

(2) a person to solicit, accept, or receive a contribution or donation described in subparagraph (A) or (B) of paragraph (1) from a foreign national. (emphasis added).

In this case, the prosecutor would have to show that the Trump folks solicited a "thing of value" from a foreign national in connection with a federal election.   So far, there is strong evidence in the forms of emails, etc. that some folks in the Trump organization, including Don. Jr., solicited opposition research (i.e. dirt on Hillary) from foreign nationals in connection to a federal election.   However, the question becomes whether opposition research is a "thing of value" as that term is used in the statute.   That question will probably not be resolved in this case short of a trip to the US Supreme Court and we can only guess how they will rule on the issue.

In other words, the other shoe is not going to drop anytime soon.

Normally people who are telling the truth don’t need to constantly change their story. It’s actually a good way to determine if people are lying, which seems to be the case here with the “NO COLLUSION!!!” statements.

I might come off an as agist but really my issue is with baby boomers. They just all happens to be old now too. I don't really appreciate their overall past when they were in they youth either. As for “old white guys”, I just mess around because 85% of his place is old white guys. Just kinda makes me chuckle when I think about it. 

As for Trump, obviously the guy has done plenty illegal shit and there’s no telling what illegal shit he’ll do next but I wonder whether or not that’s really the point of this whole investigation. It seems more profitable from an economic standpoint to drag this shit out as long as they can. Media numbers and ratings are sky high because of trump stories. I mean, stories about trump are paying their buildings utility bills at this point. On top of that television ratings for news are through the roof. So, that all means that soon if not already media companies might be hiring. Probably a bunch of whininey cryin’ ass millennials will end up getting some basic ass salary for pennies while they down size some old burnt out baby boomers who actually know what they are doing by this point.

My prediction is that this investigation may lead to a trial eventually or even an impeachment with a long media campaign of Trump stories (half being irrelevant) but there is no way they will ever fully remove trump from office. It’s too expensive and his term will be up by the time they can even get that far. On top of that, Trump has been doing illegal shit and dodging the feds for years now. He is willing to spend more money than they are to stay safe. The future is scary.

You can’t be railing against people projecting that you are gay while posting memes implying that homosexuality makes people (Trump in this case) weak and feminine. 

I’ve noticed it a lot and I’ve even been guilty of it and am trying to do better. 

Growing up terms like “fag” and “soft” were synonymous we should try to get away from all of that if we are truly being sincere about our respect for people who are gay.
