Masked invaders attack in the middle of the night

Forums:

Here we go again, third time the little beasties have nested in the eaves (wish I could have gotten better pics, most just reflected in the window)

You kit to be kidding me!

The first pic says, ' i know my Mommies in there '

The hole in the roof is just to the right of there, they were popping in and out, like the roof version of prairie dogs...

Saw a small coon yesterday, climbing up the stairs.  I scared it, it ran into the barn...and made various sounds, callling for momma.  BIG Momma came,  and took it under her belly and they scuttled away.  In the daylight, but no sign of rabies, fortunately!  Cute things, but their feces can carry parasites....

Great photos!

I'd go outside with a snack and pet him.

Looks friendly enough.

Seen 4 kits and momma so far...   last time there were 6 kits,  to be continued....

Aaaaawwww,  they're sooooo Cuuute !heartkissheart

still, nothing beats the spotted skunk under my bunk;

Got a video of the little bastards this time, well, 2 of them anyway...  last night there were 4.  Cute little trash pandas!

"Trash pandas". LOL. Thanks.

I have them too.

Had them under my hose once in the crawl space. Someone told me to spread flour on the ground in front of the hole and watch which way the tracks go. I spread the flour and by the time I walked into the house and looked out the window there were tracks leading away from the house. I quickly closed up the hole. Problem was solved in minutes. Incredible.

I think the kits are likely old enough to be chased out (then holes sealed), they're still a little clumsy right now...   have had friends suggest ammonia too, but in the past, I just pound the walls and scare them all out.  Been 15 years since the last time I had them in the eaves.
